Development Manager – Vancouver, BC

Prima’s experience in real estate development and construction spans some 40 years, providing a solid foundation, focus and direction in the industry. Today, Prima has a diverse development portfolio ranging from multifamily and mixed-use to large-format commercial sites. This includes the highly anticipated mixed-use development in Downtown Vancouver: Monogram.
As Development Manager you will play an integral part of the project team. You will gain exposure to the full lifecycle of development projects including feasibility, building proforma, managing the entitlement process, the management of external consultants, design approval and delivery, financial viability of development projects and overseeing construction. Prima utilizes the services of external General Contractors to manage the construction of its projects. As such, you will assist with the selection of optimal construction partners and manage those relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Prima is looking for an intelligent and dynamic individual with a proven track record of managing high rise residential/mixed-use projects. You will have 5 – 10(+) years’ experience in a Development Manager role and have previously delivered projects in Metro Vancouver. A technical education in DULE, Commerce, Engineering, Architecture, or related field considered an asset. You enjoy working in a collaborative and professional environment where high standards are engrained in company culture.
